The degreasing and the elimination of shavings from mechanical surfaces is an operation which, if not carried out with the right products, can lead to the excessive spending of time and energy. KPK POLVERE is an alkaline detergent in powder form with controlled foaming properties which is specifically for spray systems, and which responds to these requirements. KPK is formulated with special non-organic salts and special surfactants which render it essential in the cleaning of metal parts at low and medium to high temperatures. The product is enhanced by particular anti-oxidising agents of a temporary nature which, by forming a very thin layer after rinsing, protect iron and cast-iron metal parts from rusting.A moderately alkaline product, KPK POLVERE can also be used on aluminium and light alloys.
The concentration to use is between 15 and 30 grams per litre according to the material to be treated. The temperature to use is between 40 and 70 °C according to the level and type of residue or dirt to be eliminated. Contact time is according to the type of system and the nature of the material to be treated, and is between 5 and 20 minutes
